DOD BIG DATA

DataVation is a prime contractor for the US Department of Defense (DoD). Under this relationship, we constructed and continuously manage the largest collection of combined medical and administrative data used by the DoD for analytic and research purposes. This database currently includes 3.4 million members of the US Army, Navy, Air and Space Forces, and Marines. Over 15.5 million person-years of longitudinal service are captured in these data. The resource has produced dozens of peer-reviewed products including manuscripts, conference presentations, and abstracts, all based on analyses of critical DoD topics such as musculoskeletal problems and combat readiness.

DOD MEDICAL RESEARCH PROGRAMS

DataVation is a sub-awardee for a linked set of US governmental grants. Under this relationship, we provide oversight, technical guidance, and personnel for over 20 ongoing medical research projects.
